A Story of Struggle
My story began at the age of 15 when I weighed over 90 kilograms, and my body was all fat without any muscles because I didn’t engage in any sports, and everyone around me used to make fun of my belly and my appearance. Of course, I had no self-confidence, and their mockery really got to me. Then, a new guy came to the school I was attending. He had well-defined muscles and a strong and attractive physique, and no one could make fun of him or belittle his worth. That’s when I decided to go to the gym to build a strong body and a good appearance so that I could be confident in myself and earn the respect of others.
I couldn’t afford to go to the gym due to limited finances, but I decided to start working out at home. I bought a couple of dumbbells and started following home workout routines to build muscle and lose fat. This is where my journey of searching for information and reading more about nutrition and exercise began. However, it took me a long time to shed the fat from my body, and it was extremely challenging.
I started looking for a job to earn money so I could afford to go to the gym. I began going to the gym every day, even though working out daily was not the best approach, but I didn’t know any better at the time. Despite the mistakes, my body started to develop, and I began to build muscle mass, and my self-confidence grew day by day.
At the age of 18, I had an encounter with a bodybuilder who became my trainer. We started working together, but within three months, I encountered a back injury due to improper training. This incident taught me the importance of having a certified trainer who designs a suitable program tailored to your body and goals. Experience matters because someone without knowledge can’t provide what you need.
After recovering from the injury, I decided to become an expert in this field to avoid any future injuries. I wanted to tread the right path without making mistakes. At the age of 20, I pursued a two-year program in the Netherlands to become a certified bodybuilding coach, with two days of theoretical study and three days of practical training under the supervision of an experienced coach who monitored my progress and corrected my mistakes. Thankfully, at the age of 22, I graduated with an internationally recognized certificate as a bodybuilding coach.
At 22, I started working as a coach, but the pay at the gym was relatively low. I was married and has a daughter , so I had to leave my job at the gym and work in a labor-intensive job to make ends meet. During this time, I continued my training. I weighed 110 kilograms when I started, but within four months, I managed to reach 80 kilograms with a low percentage of body fat.
At the same time, my journey as an online coach began. I started on TikTok, posting videos daily while working for long hours – 12 to 14 hours a day, five days a week. On weekends, I created content, filmed and edited it myself, with the support of my wife and child. The pressure was high, but I was determined to become a successful person in my life. I’m thankful that within the first year, I gained over 100,000 followers and trained over 200 clients. The results spoke for my work.
This is just the beginning, and I’ve achieved my first goal in life: to be independent and have my own business. The best is yet to come!
Give yourself the opportunity to change the shape of your body and your health and increase your self-confidence. Trust me and I will not disappoint you so that we can reach your goal together as quickly as possible.
Explanation of the Dangers of Hormones and Stimulants on Your Body and Health, and Why I Don't Recommend Using Them
Hormones and stimulants are substances sometimes used to enhance physical performance or muscle-building capabilities. However, there are numerous risks and drawbacks associated with these substances, making it advisable to always stay natural without their use. Here are some reasons and risks:
1. Health Risks:
- These substances increase the likelihood of serious health problems, such as heart disease and high blood pressure.
- They can have a negative impact on the liver, kidneys, and other vital organs.
2. Disruption of Natural Hormones:
- These substances can interfere with the production of natural hormones in the body, leading to disruptions such as menstrual irregularities in females and reduced production of male hormones in males.
- They can cause significant hormonal imbalances.
3. Addiction:
- Some stimulants can be addictive, which can be detrimental to both physical and mental health.
If you decide to use hormones and stimulants, you may notice that your external appearance improves more rapidly than that of a natural individual. This may lead you to become accustomed to a powerful and attractive physique. Others will also perceive you more positively and compliment your appearance. However, it is important to be aware that this increase in performance and appearance comes at a steep cost.
When you discontinue the use of hormones and stimulants after a certain period (known as a cycle), you will likely experience a decrease in your strength and performance at the gym. Your appearance will regress to what it was before you began using these substances. You may encounter health and psychological problems because you have become accustomed to a strong and attractive physique, and noticing a change can lead to psychological distress.
You may experience stress and depression, which could lead you to use more and more stimulants, resulting in addiction. This addiction will further deteriorate your physical and mental well-being. This cycle can have a negative impact on your future health and financial stability because the use of hormones and stimulants is costly.
4. Psychological Complications:
- You may become more irritable and seek out problems, even in minor matters, even with your family members.
- You may not tolerate any insult or minor issue, and as a result, your fate may end up in a place you do not want to be, such as prison, or your relationship with your life partner may end due to the change in your personality caused by using hormones and stimulants.
5. Legal Consequences:
- Using stimulants in sports or other contexts can lead to legal penalties.
For these reasons, it is essential to preserve your natural state and avoid using hormones and stimulants. Instead, adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle that includes regular physical exercise, a well-rounded diet, and adequate rest to naturally enhance physical performance safely and effectively.
