Supplement Schedule Types of dietary supplements explained with pictures and how to use them, along with the recommended dosage.
Cardio Schedule Types of devices you can use, duration, and heart rates designed for your goal.
• After receiving the schedules, make sure you understand everything. If you have any questions about the schedules, send your questions to the WhatsApp number, and I will answer your questions. As for the training schedule, if you don’t have a specific device in the gym, send me a message, and we will provide an alternative for you in your gym.
• I will follow up with you weekly and motivate you to achieve your goal: • Send me five photos of your body and your body weight every week. You also need to answer questions related to nutrition and training and how things went in the past week, which I will send to you. I will adjust your schedule as needed.

If you have any questions, I will personally respond to your messages as soon as possible. This way, we will have weekly communication with each other, and if you face any problems, we will solve them together.
